Business Analyst (Manufacturing Exp) Remote Contract Job Description: Yrs. of experience: 10+ Yrs. Must have Manufacturing Exp Day to Day job Duties: Analyse the existing B2B Ecommerce sites (adiglobaldistribution.com US/Canada/Puerto Rico), their business processes and propose robust solutions to improve the overall User experience and performance of the site thereby increasing Sales generating more profits Document requirements in Confluence Set business rules in Insite and document master data & User roles Work with Development team, Designer to build new features or replace existing solution & UX designs Work with QA team to build applicable Test cases and test the solution end to end in QA system Assist business in UAT and get the required sign-off to move to Production Train Business users to get hands on the new solutions built Work with development team to deploy the solutions signed off to Production Present innovative ideas to improve overall user experience Participate in Daily Scrum call, Workshops, QA sessions, Prioritization, Retrospective & Deployment meetings in each sprint Work with Product owners, Business team, Scrum master on the required approvals on documentation Update Jira Backlog, Stories, Defects & Tasks daily Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as project management, business, engineering, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst Training. Experience in the Manufacturing industry or field in which the projects are being managed can be highly valuable. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective stakeholder communication and team leadership. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project teams effectively, including setting expectations, providing direction, and resolving conflicts. Proficiency in problem-solving and the ability to make informed decisions in a dynamic project environment.
