| Hello Good Morning, Please find the below positions Role: Tools Engineer Location: Dallas, TX (ONSITE) The Tools Engineer will be responsible for the planning, selection and build, and maintenance of high-quality monitoring solutions that meet defined and emerging business capability needs in a cost-effective way. They will partner with Solutions Architects to establish, understand, and adhere to technical and IT security standards while ensuring that systems are maintained and supported to run effectively in production. This position will report directly to the Senior Solutions Architect. Day to day activities will include: Identify potential new and improved technical directions, develop strategic options/ approaches to recommend to management Act as critical advisor to the team, providing deep functional expertise in the work plan, standards, process and procedures, and change management efforts Includes some direct work with vendors and consultants. Partner with IT Security Analysts and Enterprise Architects to establish, understand, and adhere to technical and IT security standards. Understand business needs and partnering with appropriate IT counterparts to recommend technology solutions. =========================================================================== Role: Production/Operations Support Location: Dallas, TX (ONSITE) Ensure the planning, selection, build, and maintenance of high-quality technology solutions that meet defined and emerging business capability needs in a cost-effective way. Provide, analyze, recommend, negotiate, and direct work as subject matter expert on complex, technical issues Ensures that systems are maintained and supported to run effectively in production. Create and maintain solutions architecture artifacts and other strategy and system documentation. Work with business to establish business transactions of interest and develop executive dashboards required to monitor and manage performance at executive level.
