The ideal candidate will have recent digital product management experience and a track record of success in large, well-known enterprises. This role will focus on developing and executing a product vision for the digital connected experience across patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and execution of a user-first, integrated digital experience for patients and providers across both online and offline touchpoints. - Partner with cross-functional teams (tech, marketing, legal, compliance) to ensure seamless execution of the product vision. - Drive the product lifecycle for digital solutions, from ideation through delivery and continuous optimization. - Work closely with stakeholders to gather user feedback, analyze data, and inform product iterations. - Collaborate with UX designers to enhance the user experience and ensure alignment with business goals. - Ensure adherence to healthcare compliance, privacy regulations, and legal guidelines. Required Skills & Experience: - 6+ years of experience in digital product management. - Recent experience in large, well-established enterprise companies within Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or patient-centric industries. - Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver successful product outcomes. - Experience in developing and optimizing digital products (web and mobile) in agile environments. - Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Expertise with tools like JIRA, Asana, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office, and ServiceNow. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additional Requirements: - Local to NY/NJ and available to commute to the office once a week (no relocation considered). - Long-term project experience and excellent job tenure. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Must submit a State-issued ID (no bills) for proof of local residency.
