Experience supporting in the Federal space is required. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in M365 administration. Strong understanding of M365 security and compliance capabilities. Possess one or more Microsoft 365 certifications. E.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate, Enterprise Administrator Expert, Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals. Working experience with a federal agency is highly desired. Desired Skills: Experience with M365 B2B collaboration and establishing trust relationships among multiple organizations, particularly in a federal agency context. Proficiency in managing guest user access and external sharing within M365, ensuring secure and compliant collaboration across different organizations. Familiarity with implementing and managing Entra ID B2B settings, including Conditional Access policies for external users. Understanding of data governance and lifecycle management in a multi-tenant environment.
