Job Title: ORACLE BRM SENIOR DEVELOPER (Support Engineer) 

Duration: 5 months+

Estimated/Targeted Start: Asap

On-site/Remote: Hybrid / Miami, FL or Dallas, TX (eventually onsite daily; upfront 2-3 x in office a week)

Required skills: Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) / Continuously monitoring / Problem solving and trouble shooting skills / System Maintenance

Job Description: 

Oracle BRM (Billing and Revenue Management) 24x7 Support Engineer 

Key responsibilities: 

Round-the-Clock Monitoring: Continuously monitor the BRM system to detect and address issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime 

Incident Management: Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels, providing timely updates to stakeholders 

System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks such as patching, upgrades, and performance tuning to keep the system running smoothly 

Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, working closely with other IT teams and vendors as needed 

Data Integrity and Security: Ensure the integrity and security of customer data, implementing necessary measures to protect against data breaches and loss 

Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, system configurations, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity 

User Support and Training: Provide support and training to end-users, helping them navigate and utilize the BRM system effectively 

Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability 

Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare regular reports on system performance and incidents 

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement new features, enhancements, and integrations 

Team player- collaborate with offshore team in India to ensure 24X7 support
