Job Role : Site Reliability Engineer Job Location : San Antonio, TX (Looking only local consutlants with valid ID) 10+ Years of Exp Onsite from Day 1 We are looking only H1 B candidates with PP Number Role Description: proficient with ITSM process and Availability Management. Awareness of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts Knowledge of AIOPs, added advantage Strong verbal and technical writing skills are a must.Job Description: Assessing event pipeline and remediation completeness and deliver efficacy reports too Provide status and countso Detect anomalies with events and alerts o Track those anomalies to closure Preparing narratives to support pipeline and remediation results Preparing documentation for forums, steering groups, committees as it relates to governance (exceptions, extensions, issues, minutes, etc) Developing a monitoring process to identify changes to the application environment as it relates to risk ratings and execute adherence practices as applicable Developing and managing a playbook\\runbook and IT Knowledge base usage in suppo Knowledge type Automated Hybrid Manual Track Configuration Item (Business Application) and Infrastructure Onboarding into SLO repository (Fortuna)support. Provide Governance guidance, documentation, and support (advisory assistance, planning, process documentation, stakeholder engagement, basic risk management practices, reporting and tracking support) Resources will follow defined ITBS governance procedures for ensuring Configuration Item owners are following IT Standards. When gaps are identified resources will follow up with CI Class owners and close gaps.
