You will be responsible for ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability, while seamlessly integrating AEM components. Your responsibilities will span both the frontend and backend , collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop & Implement AEM Solutions: Build, customize, and enhance AEM-based solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring high performance and scalability. AEM Architecture Design: Design and architect AEM solutions, aligning them with industry best practices and client IT standards. AEM Component Customization: Create and customize AEM components, dialogs, widgets, templates, and workflows tailored to specific project requirements. Reusable Component Development: Develop reusable AEM components and integrate with third-party systems to streamline operations. Collaborative Integration: Work closely with frontend and backend teams to ensure seamless integration of AEM components across different systems. Administrative Tasks: Perform Adobe product administrative tasks including infrastructure setup, performance optimization, and security management for AEM-based solutions. Front-End Development: Apply your solid understanding of UX, web components, and strong frontend development skills to ensure a seamless, responsive, and engaging user experience. Implementation of AEM as a Cloud Service: Experience with the end-to-end implementation of AEM as a Cloud Service is essential for this role. What You Will Bring: Hands-on AEM Experience: Extensive experience programming in Web Technologies including JSP, JavaScript, XML, XPATH, AJAX, JQuery, Adobe APIs, Apache Sling, OSGi bundles, and Apache Web Server. Java Expertise: Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, and HTL/Sightly skills, combined with a strong grasp of enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring. AEM Implementation Experience: Proven experience with end-to-end AEM implementations, including AEM as a Cloud Service. Solution Architecture: Experience architecting and implementing Adobe solutions, ensuring the best practices are followed. Component and Asset Management: Strong skills in defining component structures, managing path management, vanity URLs, dynamic media, tag management, and asset management within AEM. Strong Frontend Development Skills: Solid understanding of UX, web components, and strong frontend development experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks. SDLC Methodologies: Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Agile and SCRUM. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. What Will Set You Apart: Adobe Product Suite Exposure: Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is a huge plus. CI/CD and Code Management Tools: Experience with code management, code quality, and continuous integration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube, etc. Other CMS Experience: Exposure to other Content Management Systems (CMS) beyond AEM will be an advantage.
