Job Title-SAP Functional Project Manager Location- Nebraska Travel is mandatory (and non-negotiable). Two weeks of travel per month required. Each week it will be a Monday travel to Omaha, NE and travel back home the Thursday of the same week. Travel expenses will NOT be reimbursed. It is better the candidate be local to Omaha, NE or at a drivable distance away from Omaha, unless he/she is ready to bear the travel expenses by themselves. Visa-USC only Duration-6 months Mode of Interview-Phone/Skype Communication and attitude: must possess Excellent comm skills Need 15 years experince SAP Project Manager (Functional) Main Role & Responsibilities: SAP Project Manager Resource will assist in various SAP programs/projects related to technology and service transitions. Manage reporting and resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying potential planning gaps, implementing mitigations to risks, and driving actions to close issues. Accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and project components for SAP Transformation projects Responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the project Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities. Define project scope with key stakeholders and effectively manage milestones and dependencies. Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting. Mitigate risks as defined in project plan. Manage all change requests, validate all budget/schedule impacts, obtain the stakeholders commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams. Preferred Requirements Experience in multiple integration projects 15 years of experience in IT project implementation with at least 5-8 years in SAP projects (end-to-end) implementation. 5 years of experience in managerial role, leading team to deliver complex; large-scale SAP project implementation. Possess strong knowledge and experience in large and complex SAP implementation. Experience managing ECC to S/4 HANA migration projects Possess strong business and consulting acumen. Posses strong stakeholder management (all levels including C-level) with the ability to properly manage stakeholder expectations and escalations. Possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team management skills. Excellent communication skills Highly collaborative and detail oriented, self-directed.
