| Hi All, Role: S/4 HANA New GL and SAP FICO Location: Remote - If travel is required to the client site in Stamford, CT, at key points in the project, Client will bear Travel expenses Duration: Long Term Contract Visa : H1b Exp: 17+ Required Skills : SAP FICO,S/4 HANA New GL Responsibilities : Lead the implementation and optimization of S/4 HANA New GL and SAP FICO modules to enhance financial processes. Oversee the integration of financial data across various business units to ensure accuracy and consistency. Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis to support business decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with overall business goals. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards to maintain the integrity of financial reporting. Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance and identify potential risks. Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial management. Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge in S/4 HANA New GL and SAP FICO . Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the audit process and ensure timely completion. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations. Qualifications Possess extensive experience in S/4 HANA New GL and SAP FICO. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Show proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. Have a solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Display the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Preferably have a certification in SAP FICO or related areas. Demonstrate a track record of successful financial management and strategic planning. Show capability in managing budgeting and forecasting processes. Exhibit strong leadership and team management skills. Have experience in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
