Global enterprise organization based in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Test and Cutover Manager to join their Program which includes a SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud RISE Greenfield implementation, SuccessFactors Implementation, Coupa Implementation, MDM Implementations and multiple integrations between those and existing Legacy systems. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and overseeing the end-to-end testing and cutover phases, ensuring a seamless transition and go-live for a large-scale, multi-functional SAP S/4HANA transformation. This will be a 8-9 month contract position and will be required to be hybrid onsite in Dunwoody, GA. Key Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10 years of SAP testing and cutover experience, with a focus on S/4HANA, preferably in Private Cloud RISE environments. SAP Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules and cutover methodologies, with proven experience in end-to-end SAP project delivery. Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex testing and cutover activities in large-scale SAP implementations. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues, make decisions under pressure, and drive continuous improvements. Preferred Skills: SAP certifications related to S/4HANA or project management Experience in Tricentis qTest testing solution. Knowledge of change management principles to support user adoption and transition during the cutover.
