Salesforce admin reports to Adrian CTO We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team and play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform, specifically focusing on Financial Cloud and Service Cloud. This position requires a strong understanding of Salesforce administration, industry knowledge, and a keen eye for process improvement. Responsibilities: Salesforce Administration: Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications, particularly Financial Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions. Develop and implement custom workflows, validation rules, and process builders. Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues. Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning. Cloud Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems, such as ERP, HR, and marketing automation tools. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability. Slack Integration: Develop and maintain custom Slack applications to streamline HR-Finance workflows and improve communication. Integrate Slack with Salesforce to provide real-time updates and notifications. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Salesforce administration. Leverage industry knowledge to tailor Salesforce solutions to meet specific business needs. User Support: Provide excellent user support, including training and troubleshooting. Address user inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong focus on Financial Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration. Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration techniques. Experience with Slack development and integration is a significant plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
