Accountable for Improving Self & Team Agility Passion for Innovation and the impact technology can have on Business Goals Strives to help the Scrum Team understand long-term Product Value Proven ability to influence and lead without a title Relevant Skills: Experience developing and applying testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs Knowledge around creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements Skilled at reviewing product requirement and technical design documents Familiarity with XML concepts (Andersen XML is a limited subset of XML usage proficiency is not required) Excel experience needed for requirements and database concepts Troubleshooting proficiency (When given a set of circumstances, identify a cause) Experience with setting up and running automated test cases Some characteristics that we would like this individual to have are: Comfortable with ambiguity Driven self-starter Proactive Curious and eager to learn Willing to jump in and help the team wherever needed Critical thinker and natural problem solver Cerebral-understand, compartmentalize and act on a lot of information Customer centric thinker Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
