The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of Workday implementations, upgrades, and enhancements through thorough testing and validation processes. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand Workday configurations and business requirements. Develop, execute, and document test cases, test scripts, and test plans for Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Finance). Perform system, integration, and regression testing to identify and resolve defects. Validate data integrity and system functionality across different Workday environments. Log, track, and report bugs, issues, and test results using test management tools. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by assisting stakeholders with test scenarios and resolving issues. Provide feedback to developers and functional teams to improve system performance and user experience. Ensure compliance with company testing standards and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience with Workday testing, including Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financial modules. Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., JIRA, Selenium, Workday Testing as a Service). Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing life cycles, and defect management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and documentation abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Workday certification in any module. Experience with automated testing tools for Workday. Knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques.
