[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role : Windows Systems Administrator Location : Columbus, OH Remote ( only onsite on 3rd Wednesday of each month ) Duration : 6 Months You will: Deliver exceptional customer service with strong communication skills. Create and maintain documentation for the BWC teams. Lead Knowledge Transfer sessions to share expertise with BWC teams. Recommend automated solutions to streamline task execution where applicable. Demonstrate proficiency in PowerShell scripting for system automation and troubleshooting. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues efficiently. Document system configurations, procedures, and operational processes. Manage Windows Updates, File Sharing, DFS, patching, Qualys report analysis, and PowerShell scripting. Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software critical for network and server administration, business continuity, information security, telecommunications, and SAN (Storage Area Network) management. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across multiple technology domains for our customers. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience designing and administering Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022). Hands-on experience with SCCM, Active Directory (AD), and Group Policy Objects (GPO). Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management. Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on performance optimization and issue resolution. Desired Skills and Experience: Experience with Power BI and Cloud technologies is a plus.
