If you find yourself comfortable with the requirement please reply back with your updated resume Position: MC-33 Epic Rev Cycle Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 3-6 Months Client Cleveland Clinic/ Boston Technologies Job Description: Help cleaning up backlog of tickets The Analyst will support Epics Release of Information (ROI) module within Epic HIM to fulfill patient health information requests to ensure compliance with data privacy and protection. This includes but is not limited to fulfilling Service Request for Release of Information Document Template research and updates, creating and updating release types and Release templates, clarifying the designated record set, building and editing work queues for ROI clerks, testing, efforts, and applying Epic Nova notes to application Will service requests for system updates and incidents; routine maintenance and break/fix. Also, support run/service requests received from the RCM and other business partners due to the organization growth of Cleveland Clinic. MUST HAVE: Must have Epic ROI build experience and technical knowledge Teamwork: Will need to work with others and share information in a team environment Highly organized and analytical mindset Experience supporting a large, multi-state, multi-facility organization Customer friendly and professional Analyst Lead-6+ years of build and leadership experience, monitors the systems for data quality, efficiency, operation, and data integrity and appropriately escalates issues/problems.
