Role: DevOps Engineer- AWS/Terraform Location: Phoenix, AZ or Chicago, IL, or San Francisco, CA Duration: 6 Months Visa: GC/USC/H4EAD/GCEAD JOB DESCRIPTION: Due to an enterprise technology refresh, our client is seeking a DevOps Engineer with AWS, CI/CD, and Terraform, Ansible, and Linux expertise. This is a 9-month contract opportunity, and must be located near an office with a hybrid arrangement, including 1-2 days per week in the office (Phoenix, AZ or Chicago, IL, or San Francisco, CA). What you will be doing: You will be responsible for the design, development, testing and maintenance of infrastructure and platform engineering. In addition, this position will deliver infrastructure as code, CI/CD patterns, containerization, CM (configuration management), servers, security and availability for a group of bright engineering-minded developers. You will analyze the health of the environment, the results of automated deployment scripts, as well as how user needs are being met and modify as needed. Keeping abreast of new technologies that could be implemented, is another important function.
