AI Engineer Remote Contract Job Description: 10+ Yrs in IT. 3-5yrs of AI Experience is required. Required Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java. Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn). Demonstrated experience with evals, agentic frameworks, and RAG systems. Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical methods. Experience with AI architecture patterns and cloud-based deployment strategies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Ability to work with both closed and open-source models, optimizing their integration for product needs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience in developing and deploying multi-agent systems or frameworks. Knowledge of generative AI use cases specific to healthcare. Familiarity with MLOps practices for automating and scaling model deployment. An understanding of ethical considerations in AI development and deployment.
