Deskside Roles and Responsibilities
INC (Incident Management)

Standard break/fix of Desktops and Laptops: Ensure timely resolution of hardware and software issues.

Windows OS support (Windows 10-11): Provide advanced diagnostics and configuration assistance for Windows operating systems.

Dell hardware support: Diagnose and repair Dell hardware, both in and out of warranty, ensuring minimal downtime.

Standard software support: Assist with issues related to M365, Adobe, VPN, and Customer-specific software, with limited support.
