Candidate shall work on any initiative that the team owns, including but not limited to building data pipelines that follow CapitalOne tech standard, building data product and data asset for our next gen data ecosystem, maintain/improve team's BAU applications up to all requirements from tech governance as well as cyber requirements. Must - Python, SQL, AWS, Lambda, EMR, Docker, ETL Nice to have - Databricks, Glue, GraphQL This position is to backfill a contractor from SBB data engineer team due to contractor quit earlier than the original end date. This role will be helping SBB data team to continue delivery broader SBB data imperatives, such us Onestream Convergence Data Product, Modernize SBB Calculations, application feature enhancement, as well as acting as a team member for any BAU and CETP work team handles. Must sit onsite in McLean, VA three days/week, Mon-Thu, & Fri remote 1st round - 1 hour zoom video interview/ Haojiong & team Must be able to share screen for coding demonstration 2nd round - 20 minutes w/ Haojiong Anticipate interviews week of 12/2 & offer week of 12/9.
