Skills Required financial domain experience like Margin Lending , Collateral Management , etc. Job Description: At least 6-8 years of experience i n product management or business analysis/intelligence within the wealth management and private banking sector or related fields. Proven track record of managing or driving the product development life cycle, from ideation, requirement gathering, developement to product launch. Experience in margin lending and collateral management, with a strong understanding of related business needs, regulatory requirements and market practices. Proficiency in Waterfall & Agile methodologies and experience with backlog management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to inform product decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to set and manage stakeholder expectations effectively. Ability to facilitate meetings to gather requirements, draft implementation design, negotiate and resolve conflicts of multiple parties Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and critical mindset to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality products that meet client needs. Fast self learner who can quickly navigate through a new organization and get familiar with all work items without training Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
