Customer-Centric: Passion for putting the user first, with a knack for translating complex concepts into accessible, visually compelling designs. Systems Thinker: Able to connect the dots across the entire customer journey, setting strategic goals and driving impactful results. Tools & Expertise: Proficiency with Figma, Axure, and Adobe CS; familiarity with Agile methodologies; experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus. Design Systems: Knowledge of design systems and experience in applying and maintaining cohesive design standards across products.
