Job Title - Salesforce Healthcare Cloud Lead

Job Location - Full remote but only from Triwest States

Job Summary

Leads a technical project team and defines information system requirements to align with business strategies. Provides expert functional and technical support for Salesforce Health Cloud, collaborating with administrators and other resources to support system interfaces and data integration. Oversees design and implementation of new business processes, customizations, and third-party integrations. Monitors workflows, resolves issues, and drives successful project execution.

Education & Experience

Required

    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field with coursework in programming and database systems, or equivalent experience.

    U.S. Citizen.

    Eligible for a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation.

    7+ years in application development and support.

    5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud.

    5+ years experience with Salesforce DevOps toolset and CI/CD practices.

    2+ years experience leading technical project teams.

    Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.

    Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.

    Expertise in JavaScript, Flows, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOAP, and REST.

    Experience working in Agile environments using Jira or similar tools.

    Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and business audiences.

Preferred

    Experience with Aura Framework and OmniScript.

    Background in healthcare systems or government contract environments.

    Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Einstein Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

    Leadership & Collaboration

o    Act as technical project lead, architect, and/or project manager for a team of application developers.

o    Assign tasks, monitor progress, perform code reviews, and mentor developers.

o    Coordinate work with external consultants and ensure alignment with project goals.

o    Maintain regular communication with management regarding project status and issues.

    System Development & Support

o    Design, code, debug, test, document, and implement Salesforce Health Cloud customizations and integrations.

o    Use Salesforce APIs to develop system interfaces and data integrations.

o    Evaluate, test, and deploy vendor-supplied software updates, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.

o    Address system change impacts on existing modules and recommend process improvements.

    Process Optimization & User Support

o    Collaborate with business users to optimize workflows and recommend process changes for better application utilization.

o    Design user interfaces and workflows based on business requirements.

o    Provide escalation assistance for tickets and troubleshoot technical issues.

    Testing & Documentation

o    Develop and execute system and integration test plans.

o    Document program development, including technical reports, system design, and instructional manuals.

o    Maintain up-to-date system and program documentation.

    Agile Project Management

o    Participate in Scrum activities, including user story creation, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

o    Promote Test-Driven Development and collaborate within an Agile team environment.

    Other Duties

o    Monitor event calls, manage reported issues, and ensure timely resolution.

o    Participate in project review/status meetings with internal teams and clients.

o    Perform on-call support and other duties as assigned.
