AS400 experience with strong knowledge of VIP Doc Manager and navigation. SQL building and executing queries. Basic coding understanding (batch files, CL, Power, .Net, etc.). Provides Linux incident ticket support triage and resolution of both internal and client facing Web Application (i.e. WebLogic, Tomcat) support for Applications residing on RedHat Linux, Oracle Linux or Solaris Operating Systems. Provides Support for the application teams troubleshooting and contacting Unix teams (Linux & Solaris). Windows Server admin skills. Process understanding related to complex systems. Preferred: Above average Excel skills. Logical thinking for complex comingled systems. Detail oriented to keep track of massive amounts of data movement. Excellent communication skills written & verbal. Flexibility and Agility as priorities and tasks are always evolving. Willingness to work in different US time zones and be on call for urgent matters.
