Title: Production Support Engineer Location: Chicago, IL Job Description: Work experience in Unix, Java, PLSQL, Monitoring tools like Datadog etc. Working experience as L2 production support for FX and cross currency payment platforms and to implement SRE best practices to improve system reliability and performance. Exposure to AWS services to deploy, manage, and scale applications. Mandatory work experience in Supporting Capital Markets applications, Trading applications Knowledge in FX and Cross Currency Domain Knowledge Collaborate with trading and risk teams to address and resolve issues. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Automate operational processes and develop tools to enhance system monitoring and alerting.
