They have some resource constraints whenever there are instances of PTO. The breakdown between the two functions is about 50/50. What is the current technical setup SQL Server/MS SQL is their core with ETL. They are using Verscape (Data Warehousing Loads), SSIS, and Alteryx (Auditing). Any one of these is fine for their purposes. They have data coming from all of their current blues plans plus the Association, processed through those tools plus BI reports. The data warehouse has millions of rows aggregating data from 2014, approximately 200 TB. This is an Associate position. They are not looking for someone with years and years of experience. They are expecting someone pretty new; if they are a good learner and able to come up to speed, we can consider them. Only 3+ years of experience, 5+ is too much, that pushes them into a Senior-level role.
