Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification is required. Knowledge: Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly SAFe, and experience in applying them in a team setting. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders at all levels. Technical Background: Experience in software development or IT project management Experience with Jira Cloud, Jira Align, Confluence, Miro or similar platforms.
