In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our SAP Warehouse Management system, as well as leveraging data analytics tools to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: SAP WM Management: Configure, implement, and support SAP ERP Warehouse Management (WM) solutions. Ensure efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective SAP WM solutions. Business Intelligence and Analytics: Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics tools to analyze warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. Support data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights and recommendations. System Integration and Support: Integrate SAP WM with other SAP modules and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP WM users, addressing technical issues and process-related queries. Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation to ensure successful system adoption and usage. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize warehouse operations. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in SAP WM and Business Intelligence technologies. Project Management: Lead or participate in projects related to SAP WM implementation, upgrades, and enhancements. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Experience: Proven experience as an SAP WM Specialist or in a similar role with hands-on experience in SAP ERP Warehouse Management. Experience with Business Intelligence and analytics tools (e.g., SAP BW, SAP HANA, Tableau, Power BI). Experience in data analysis, reporting, and developing dashboards. Skills: Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and best practices. Proficiency in SAP WM configuration and customization. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
