Position Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Lead Location: Dallas, TX (Day-1 Onsite) Role Type: Contract Implementation Partner : HCL America Only Local Candidates from Texas (No Relocation Accepted) Job Description: Must have experience in multiple full cycle implementation/Support and understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules like Core HCM, Workforce Compensation, Incentive Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Interfaces. Technically and functionally curious with a strong desire to understand how things are built and work. This role also requires a forward-thinking openness to new technologies and approaches while remaining vigilantly focused on regulatory strength and maximum availability. Responsibilities: Lead Production support, ticket resolution on timely with SLA driven Provide production support for the following HR processes: Core HR, Workforce Administration, Benefits Management & ADP Payroll Interface Evaluate quarterly patch documentation from Oracle SaaS releases and identify any impact/risk scenarios on existing functionality to test the impacted HCM Cloud solution, should be able to explore new functionalities to demonstrate to business Supporting the creation of test scripts and plans for the design Develop and execute functional test cases for HCM Cloud module functionality Coordinate and monitor activities of the testing, training, and document functional requirements via interviews or workshops Liaise with the development team (on-shore or off-shore) to communicate requirements and follow-up progress Organize, execute and supervise integration with Oracle Cloud HCM Candidate should be a senior Oracle HCM Cloud Techno Functional expert with prior experience implementing, configuring, and testing Global HCM, Benefits, Incentive Compensation, Workforce Compensation and Employee/Manager Self Service Must have at least two years of end to end Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience. Experience required with the following HR processes: HCM Core, Workforce Administration, Benefits Management, Workforce Compensation, Incentive Compensation & ADP Payroll Interface Experienced with working in ServiceNow ticketing system would be a plus I look forward to hearing from you.
