Required Experience: Conduct a comprehensive review of MDM system focusing on data quality, governance, and security. Analyze data models for multiple domains to ensure alignment with business needs. Assess data entry, validation processes and identify opportunities for automation to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. Engage with stakeholders to capture requirements, pain points and usability insights. Evaluate integration workflows, recommend optimizations and ensure seamless data flow. Develop a data governance framework outlining roles, responsibilities and audit processes. Propose security enhancements including access controls and data encryption. Create documentation, training materials and provide end-user training to support consistent data management practices. Report findings, recommendations and an implementation roadmap for phased improvements. Assess existing MDM workflows (Quickbase) for gaps in governance, automation and domain expansion. Define and refine master data models for Material, Customer and Vendor entities. Develop a roadmap to onboard additional domains into the MDM system. Ensure seamless integration of MDM processes with SAP and other enterprise systems. Establish data quality and governance metrics tailored to business needs. Facilitate workshops to define the source of truth and data stewardship roles.
