As much ServiceNow testing as possible Develop test strategies, test plans, generate and execute functional and non-functional test cases, document and present written results to Client project stakeholders. Collaborate with client s agile team throughout the lifecycle to collaborate on the analysis, design, development and testing. Actively participate in client s sprint(s) (each, a sprint ) planning and assist in creating Jira stories with robust acceptance criteria while helping identify missing or incomplete requirements. Analyze business and functional requirements, understand the expectation from Client for its end user(s), review with Business Analysts/SMEs/UX Analysts and design relevant test scenarios. Attend daily scrum standup and report testing issues in writing. Provide key inputs during retrospective meetings. Create test data, detailed test cases for validating business functions and regression testing. Articulate verbally and in writing the specifics around defects. Monitor and update defect reports in writing as needed to ensure timely problem resolution. Strong design and development skills in one of the following technologies and tools: Selenium, Cucumber and ServiceNow Automated Test Framework. Broad based knowledge of the Lifecyle development, change control management, test planning management. Strong analytical skills with ability to display methods of testing highly sophisticated systems, progressively diagnose system defects, and clearly communicate project constituents, key findings and learnings. Strong communication skills, written and oral, analytical abilities, sound judgement and time management skills, ability to work effectively with clients (users), management and staff. Highly motivated self-starter with creative problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced Agile environment. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Data Analytics and Reporting Experience/Knowledge.
