| Position: Release Lead Program Manager Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) (Local to GA or SE) Visa: No H1B MOI: Video Need to have LinkedIn Release Lead Program Manager "We are in need of a resource to fill a large role on the ASCEND Program at Southern Company in the capacity of the Release Lead Program Manager for an Oracle C2M Implementation program. This is a client leadership facing role and will require a resource that can commit to a long term role (2-3 years) and probably makes sense to hire as FTAP. Minimum Requirements below: Start date immediate, after southern company background check clears (+-2 weeks from day of notice) 10 Years Technical Project Management experience, 5 of which as a Program Manager leading a portfolio of projects PMP and SAFe certified 4 year Technology related degree Skills o Strong leadership skills and the ability to articulate opinion and reason with senior leadership o Problem solver and ability to articulate root cause and potential solution options o Good communication skills o Proven track record in collaboration across multiple teams in complex projects o Understanding of full SDLC lifecycle and connection into deployment, Go-Live Criteria and Cutover Planning o Senior Leadership engagement o Oracle CIS / C2M / CCB or similar CIS system implementation experience will be an advantage Tool skills o Jira Cloud o PowerBi o MS Projects o MS Office Products" Thanks & Regards .!
