| From: jatin parashar, Vyze Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description Job Title: Certified Cloudera Consultant Location: Remote Requirement: Must be Cloudera Certified Interview: Must be available to interview today Project Overview Phase I: Recovery Environment Environment: CDP Public Cloud on Microsoft Azure Responsibilities: Assist customer with completing prerequisites: Cloud credentials setup Configure IDP and user onboarding Create Azure resources Open necessary firewalls. Deploy and configure one (1) CDP Public Cloud environment. Configure Datalake and Datahubs. Open and verify firewalls for Replication Manager. Configure: Cloudera Manager Replication Manager Replication Manager policies Migrate/Replicate data: HDFS, Hive, HBase Import/Export Ranger policies to the cloud environment. Configure daily snapshots for immutable data capture: ADLS Gen2 Data HMS, Atlas, Ranger, or HBase Perform validation and testing. Provide documentation. Phase II: Data Restore Responsibilities: Conduct discovery and scoping session to create architecture solutions for data restoration from the public cloud environment. Develop a Data Restore Plan in the Azure environment. Enable data snapshots in Azure native services: ADLS Gen2 Data Metadata snapshot for HDFS, Hive, HBase, Ranger Copy the backup to an identified immutable location. Create scripts for metadata snapshots: Develop Cloudera backup command scripts. Create DISTCP jobs for data copy from ADLS, if necessary. Perform validation and testing. Key Deliverables: Documentation of configurations, snapshots, and backup strategies. Fully functional recovery and restore solutions validated in the Azure environment.
