The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in supply chain management (SCM), retail operations, and industry-specific challenges, leveraging SAP S/4HANA's capabilities to optimize processes and drive efficiency. This role will involve collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to design scalable, innovative, and customer-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and Strategy: Develop end-to-end SAP S/4HANA SCM solutions, focusing on procurement, inventory management, production planning, logistics, and warehouse operations. Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization aligned with industry best practices. Implementation and Integration: Oversee configuration, customization, and deployment of SCM modules (MM, PP, WM, EWM, TM). Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD) and third-party systems. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Analyze supply chain KPIs and identify areas for continuous improvement. Optimize workflows to reduce costs, enhance visibility, and improve lead times. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and IT. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, presenting insights and solutions. Qualifications Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 8+ years of experience with SAP solutions, including at least 3 years in S/4HANA implementations. Proven track record in SCM or retail roles, ideally within furniture, home goods, or consumer industries. Experience working with global consulting firms or large enterprise environments. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP modules: MM, PP, WM, EWM, SD, CAR, and FMS (Fashion Management Solutions). Proficiency in SAP integration tools and middleware (e.g., PI/PO, CPI). Familiarity with analytics tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, BI/BO). Soft Skills: Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Preferred Skills and Attributes Expertise in SAPs retail-specific solutions, such as IS-Retail. Experience with furniture industry trends, such as modular products and online configurators. Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies for solution delivery. SAP certification in S/4HANA Supply Chain or Retail is a plus.
