Job Description : This role will be joining the new Digital Ecommerce,Sales,& Center of Excellence supporting large initiatives to enable higherquality Salesforce Commerce experiences throughout the Enterprise across Residential,Commercial, & Fire/Security business units. This Revenue Generating team isleading the integration of brand new Salesforce capabilities to the companysplatforms, making for a huge opportunity to join a fast paced and rapidlygrowing team as they build out their new Global Center of Excellence! Requirements: 6years of hands-experience within Salesforce development & integrations Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud/Commerce Cloud Experience leading or mentoring Salesforce development team providing direction in codereviews, coding practices/quality, etc. Including translating requirements for technical roadmap Experience in an Agile environment (user stories, participating in sprint meetings, etc.) Strong customer facing communication skills to effectively work across multiple teamsbusiness, project, & development teams Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification or higher Preferred Skills: Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud knowledge B2BEcommerce environment experience Industrial or Manufacturing industry experience residential or commercial products Responsibilities: Serve as a technicalliaison between the business, project team and development team by effectively communicating the status of technical roadmaps with business stakeholders. Actas a liaison with architecture team on solution definition, code reviews and deployment practices. Performconfiguration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform for Ecommerce ,MarTech, and SaaS billing projects as needed guiding development team tosuccess Contributeto theend-to-end discovery process as needed (solution definition, pre-sales, requirements specification, estimating and project planning) to help companybusinesses make informed decisions. Utilizebest practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes asneeded to the Salesforce.com platform, particularly around B2B Commerce, SalesCloud guiding development team in enhancing reusable, quality coding methods Supportthe drive of key architecture decisions for major business initiatives and plans,supporting implementation of Salesforce integrations, Apex classes, andLightning components for application builds as needed.
