Collaborate with technical analysts, financial officers, and stakeholders to streamline security and operations of the system. Reports to the ISS Project Manager and works 40 hours per week. Required Skills/Experience System Design/Development: Focus on process improvement, business, and technical requirements gathering (5+ years). PeopleSoft Financials Expertise: At least 5 years of experience. Documentation: Workflow processes, configurations, and business workflows (3+ years). Testing: Develop test plans, use cases, and perform QA validation, UAT, and regression testing (5+ years). Training: Create training materials and conduct user training (5+ years). Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Asset Management for Lease Administration (3+ years). Experience with Commonwealth of Virginia (COV) projects (1+ year). Specific Tasks Document changes, configurations, and workflows related to PeopleSoft. Develop and present user and technical documentation. Create test plans and ensure integration into system designs. Gather requirements for enhancements, modifications, and business initiatives. Actively participate in functional and integration testing; track and present results. Train Fiscal Services and agency users. Collaborate with SMEs and ISS technical teams to meet project objectives.
