Key Responsibilities: Lead Data Migration Efforts: Oversee all aspects of data migration activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. Data Strategy Development: Design and implement data migration strategies, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) methodologies. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements and ensure data readiness for migration. Data Quality Assurance: Conduct data assessments and cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the migration process.
