Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Change Management Consultant to lead and support organizational transformation initiatives across a diverse range of industries. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in project management, change methodologies, and process design to drive successful project outcomes, enhance user adoption, and enable sustainable change. You will be responsible for assessing change readiness, developing and executing change management strategies, facilitating communication and training, and engaging stakeholders at all levels to ensure seamless transitions.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to guide project strategies and risk mitigation.
Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and training programs.
Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions to ensure effective collaboration and stakeholder buy-in.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans, utilizing methodologies such as ACMP, Prosci/ADKAR, and Kotter.
Lead end-user implementation and training content development for large-scale software rollouts, including ERP/CRM platforms like Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle.
Create and manage change agent networks to support communication and smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
Develop and execute support readiness plans, such as Hypercare, for post-go-live stabilization.
Track and report on key project metrics, providing insights on user adoption, training effectiveness, and change success.
Author playbooks, guides, and other materials to standardize change management practices across organizations.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in leading change management efforts for complex, high-impact projects.
Strong understanding of change methodologies: ACMP, Prosci/ADKAR, John Kotter.
Expertise in ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle Cloud Financials) and project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall project environments.
Familiarity with support ticketing systems (e.g., Desk.com, Remedy) and training tools (e.g., WalkMe, Captivate).
Ability to deliver presentations and reports to senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and data modeling capabilities to inform decision-making and change strategies.
