Position- Genesys Cloud Developer Location- Hybrid for 2-3 days in week - Newark, NJ Job Type- C2C/W2/1099 Job Requirements/Description:- Genesys Devs: resources ( Understands Genesys Cloud , Routing, Hands on experience on voice and non-voice ( SMS, Email, Chat bot etc.), Should know CX Architect application, have thorough understanding of Genesys Framework, Must have Genesys Cloud CX certification). IVR/Chatbot Devs:resources ( Hands on experience on development and integration for Genesys IVR, Experience in implementing third party integration like AWS Lambda, Web service, API and other cross system communication protocols and experience with integration of telephony systems to other computer systems (e.g. SOAP, VXML SQL, XML, REST)) Reporting Devs: resources (Advanced knowledge of native Genesys Cloud CX Reports and Dashboards, Tableau and/or Power BI design and development experience, Big data, NoSQL, SQL data query/extraction coding experience.
