Configure and implement SAP RAR solutions to meet client-specific revenue recognition needs. Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards and industry best practices. Design integration points between SAP RAR and other modules, including SD, FI, and external systems. Develop and document conceptual and detailed designs, ensuring alignment with business processes. Write functional specifications for custom developments and collaborate with technical teams to deliver enhancements. Execute testing phases, including integration testing, and UAT, to validate SAP RAR configurations. Lead data migration efforts for master data and transactional data related to revenue accounting. Provide go-live support and resolve any SAP RAR-related issues promptly. Deliver end-user training and create detailed documentation for revenue accounting processes. Maintain expertise in SAP S/4HANA RAR and emerging technologies to advise clients on system enhancements and upgrades. Required Skills and Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CA strongly preferred. Experience: Minimum 5 years of SAP functional experience, with at least 2 years specializing in RAR. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SAP RAR configuration and implementation, with a strong understanding of revenue recognition principles. Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in high-tech or software industries is preferred. Financial Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting standards and revenue recognition concepts. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience delivering stakeholder presentations. Tools and Technologies: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA RAR, with integration expertise in SD, FI, and other relevant modules. Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to project delivery.
