Qualifications: - Possess a strong background in Experience Design with proven results. - Demonstrate expertise in Tableau and Tableau Advanced Management. - Have extensive experience in Tableau Testing to ensure data integrity. - Show proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting. - Exhibit excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery. - Display strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Be adept at problem-solving and critical thinking. - Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development. - Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Possess a proactive and results-oriented mindset. - Hold a relevant certification in Tableau or SQL. Responsibilities: - Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the organization. - Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams to ensure successful project outcomes. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements are met. - Utilize Experience Design to enhance user experience and project outcomes. - Implement and manage Tableau Advanced Management for effective data visualization and analysis. - Conduct thorough Tableau Testing to ensure data accuracy and reliability. - Develop and maintain SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting. - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion. - Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. - Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment. - Identify and mitigate potential project risks. - Provide training and support to team members on Tableau and SQL best practices.
