| PRODUCT MANAGER Hybrid onsite in Rhode Island - Tues,Wed,Thurs 12 month initial contract Work auth: GC, USC Must be comfortable working with business teams and senior leadership, able to influence stakeholders Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role within software development or application engineering teams. Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with strong knowledge of agile practices and methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions. Experience using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) for backlog management and sprint planning. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Product Manager (CPM), or Project Management Professional (PMP). Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD is beneficial.
