Experience in one or more scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Power. ITSM Fundamentals: Fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL Understanding of CMDB. Service Now Scripting Aspects: Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the Service Now system. Proficiency in Service Now client and server-side JavaScript and the Service Now APIs.
