| Note :- Please share me resume at [email protected] Role :: Risk Analyst Navy Federal Credit Union Location :: Vienna, VA or Pensacola, FL (hybrid) No h1b please Candidates must have experience leading risk and/or compliance related activities in a financial services industry (please make sure this is very clearly visible on the resume). Responsibilities include: Collaborate in the development and maturation of the clients Enterprise Risk Framework, Risk Directives Framework, Issues Management Framework, Risk Governance Framework, and Risk Training Strategy to support the growth and maturation of clients second line of defense risk management activities. Support the development and maintenance of governance processes and documentation in alignment with clients Enterprise Risk Management Framework Participate in the development of the enterprise risk training strategy and support development of enterprise-wide training to drive awareness and a culture of effective risk management Develop program enhancements to identify critical areas to monitor and escalate issues and findings to appropriate stakeholders and governance committees Develop enterprise risk management (ERM) methodologies and framework to drive consistency in analyzing, reporting, and governing enterprise risks Act as a thought leader working across the enterprise to develop and implement enterprise risk management practices, components, and framework.
