Title: Mongo DB admin Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months contract JD: Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator, with at least 3 years specifically in MongoDB administration. Technical Skills: o Expertise in MongoDB architecture, configuration, upgrade, scaling, and troubleshooting. o Experience with MongoDB replica sets, sharding, and other high-availability techniques. o Proficiency in query optimization, indexing strategies, and schema design. o Hands-on experience with database monitoring tools, and usage reporting . o Familiarity with automation and scripting languages (e.g., Bash). Knowledge of Cloud Services: Experience with MongoDB Altas and MongoDB in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or P) is a plus. Security Skills: Strong understanding of database security best practices, including role-based access control and encryption. Communication: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Certifications: MongoDB Certified DBA is a plus.
