Essential Skills: Experience in CMDB, Service
Mapping and CSDM

Having vast knowledge in Incident, Problem & Change
Management, Event Management, Alert, Policy & Risk Management

Extensive knowledge and experience in various Application
Suites

Proficiency in development of complex workflows and Service
Catalogs, Record producers and Order Guides

Ability to create and manage tables and relationships in
ServiceNow

Customization of application using Business Rules, UI
Policies & UI Actions

Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and latest ServiceNow
features
