Develop and execute detailed test plans for SAP TM configurations and deployments. Provide technical and functional expertise and mentorship to team members and end-users. Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance and processes. Deliver thorough documentation for system designs, configurations, test scripts, and user training.
