Role: SRE Technical Lead Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite) Duration: Contract Job Description: * Lead and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. * Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions. * Develop and implement SRE best practices, including monitoring, alerting, and incident response procedures. * Collaborate with development teams to improve application reliability and performance. * Drive automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions. * Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance. * Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). * Lead post-incident reviews and implement measures to prevent future occurrences. * Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the SRE space."
