Preferred Qualifications: Additional experience in the Manufacturing sector. Prior experience in public accounting. Leadership experience in a previous role. Role Overview: As a Tax Manager/Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the accurate and timely completion of individual and business tax returns, with a particular focus on clients in the construction industry. This role provides the opportunity to grow within the company, develop staff, and contribute to client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise staff to ensure tax returns are prepared and submitted by deadlines. Review, approve, and sign tax returns before submission to clients. Mentor and guide staff, helping to develop their careers and enhance their skills. Collect relevant information from clients to prepare accurate tax returns. Analyze tax situations to ensure maximum tax benefits are applied. Network, build relationships, and attract new business opportunities. Bill clients for services provided.
