Requirement Details: Job Title : SAP SF Project Manager Duration : Long Term Contract Location : Columbia , South Carolina (Hybrid) Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a SuccessFactors implementation project focused on onboarding and recruiting. This individual will manage project timelines, oversee deliverables, and ensure successful alignment with our clients needs. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in project management, strong communication skills, and at least five years of recent experience managing projects within the public sector. Key Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of recent project management experience in the public sector. Must Have proven Public Sector experience. Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly within the recruiting and onboarding modules. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with experience in scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Ability to navigate complex project environments and adapt to evolving priorities. Desirable Skills and Experience: Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent). Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations. Experience coordinating multi-departmental teams within a public sector context. Demonstrated experience in change management and stakeholder engagement. Familiarity with data security, compliance, and privacy standards in public sector HR systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges proactively. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management for the SuccessFactors recruiting and onboarding project, from planning through to execution and close-out. Coordinate and communicate project plans, timelines, and deliverables with internal teams and client stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Maintain clear and consistent documentation and provide regular project updates to executive stakeholders.
