Role: .NET Lead Developer with Azure Location: Austin, TX - Onsite, 5 days a week Pay Rate: $70/hr (C2C) Role Overview: Mphasis is seeking an experienced .NET Lead Developer with expertise in Azure cloud technologies and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing development activities, guiding a team of developers, and delivering robust, scalable solutions for enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a team of .NET developers, ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations. Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams. Technical Development: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using the .NET framework and Azure services. Create and optimize application architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability. Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications. Cloud Integration & Management: Develop and manage applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging PaaS and IaaS solutions. Utilize Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Logic Apps, and Service Bus. Ensure proper implementation of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Technical Expertise: 8+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core). Strong experience with Azure cloud services and related technologies. Solid understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React, or Blazor). Team Leadership: Proven experience managing and mentoring development teams. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Development & Architecture: In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns. Strong database experience (SQL Server, Azure SQL). Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
